So, this one is special to me. My all-time favorite Dr. Seuss book is Green Eggs and Ham. I love the format, the fantasy, the fun of Sam and his new friend; a grumpy old dog whose not in the mood. But most of all, I love watching the kids in my class laugh when I read it. I remember the Big Lamb made my brothers and I green eggs and ham with green food dye in scrambled eggs, something easy and silly to do with your little lambs. Last week was Dr. Seuss Birthday! We celebrate all things Seuss in the month of March, reading all those wubbulous whimsical words.
A read-a-thon went out last week, please fill in the daily reading you and your children do to be returned the first week of april! Thanks! How about that snow?
Please remember, our inclement weather policy follows North Penn School District. If NPSD calls for a 2 hour delay, we open at 8:30am. If NPSD is closed, we are also closed. PLEASE Call to confirm that staff are in the building to accept children before taking the risk to drive. We do not close early for inclement weather even if NPSD closes early. Stay safe out there! |
